I had a pretty mixed experience at Sub Karakoy. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Istanbul and grab a coffee nearby. However, the hotel needs a serious refresh, with some rooms showing their age and cleanliness could definitely be improved. Service wasn't up to par either, especially regarding the airport pickup fiasco.
